The location of this hostel is great, just two blocks from the main square. It is also mentioned that the hostel is very safe and close to everything, making it convenient for travelers. Another positive aspect is the rooftop area, which offers a lovely view of the volcano and is equipped with tables, chairs, and a kitchen. This allows guests to prepare their own meals and enjoy the surroundings.
There have been complaints about noisy music played until 10 pm, which can disturb guests, especially those who need to wake up early for activities or travel.

the location is perfect, with a wonderful rooftop terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and the stunning view of the city. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable with little curtains for privacy. the hot showers were a great bonus, and the continental breakfast was simple yet satisfying.
The music from the nearby café could be a bit loud at night.

Clean and well-located with most staff speaking English. Ground floor rooms.
A phone message was held until check out, affecting my plans. Noisy music late at night was not mentioned in the property information, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
